The Problem:

Male Medical Group offers testosterone treatment to the San Antonio area. They came to us with a broken sales funnel. They were sending Facebook traffic to Messenger (a ManyChat sequence) and hoping patients would sign up for a simple blood work test. The problem? Nobody wants to do anything medical over Facebook Messenger. The fact that their ads didn’t really explain the product or the process didn’t help their cause. 

After a few weeks of optimizing their Messenger funnel (which we did—lowering costs from $40/message to $15/message), we saw that not many people were signing up. We were getting them to the Messenger funnel, but they weren’t converting. 

Our team huddled and came up with an action plan. We decided to change the funnel and give users a different experience of a unique landing page where patients were given more information about the clinic and the entire testosterone treatment process. 

The Plan:

Use eye-catching creatives to get as many people as possible to the new landing page. Once there, patients can learn more about Male Medical Group and take a free testosterone quiz to see if they’re eligible for treatment, giving us their information in the process.

The Results:

With the new landing page in place, we were able to scale 300% in the span of 1.5 months and get 1600+ website leads. CPL was around $15, down from $40 for just a message!

The landing page changed the entire customer experience and journey and we were able to get more qualified leads who are interested in Male Medical Group’s service.
